To get the word out about the wide range of services the company provides, ECI wanted to send a high-impact direct mail piece that would be read by executives in medium to large companies. This piece emphasized ECI's cost-effective, efficient solutions to HR issues that normally require at least one full-time employee. |

| Bank of America Home Equity Line of Credit Visa Card Statement Insert |
 | This piece was designed to encourage Bank of America customers with home equity lines of credit to use a Visa card to make purchases through those accounts. This section provides an overview of the main benefits of using the line of credit Visa. The piece was used as a statement stuffer, and received a much higher-than-average response from customers. |

| Bank of America Signature Card Launch |
 | To initiate their new Signature Card Visa, Bank of America wanted a "launch book," for use in banking centers throughout the U.S. The book provides Bank employees with detailed information on the benefits and functionality of the card. I edited much of the book from text provided by the client, and wrote additional portions to fill in gaps in information.
The Bank has found the launch book to be a valuable format in which to provide new product information to its employees, and I have since written and edited more of these books for the Bank.

 | Because the Signature Card is a high-end credit card product - with no spending limits, a personal concierge service and outstanding rewards - Bank of America wanted an elegant way to introduce the card to its customers.
This mailer was designed with a look similar to that of a wedding invitation, and was worded in that style. This excerpt shows the overall tone of the piece. |
